the cantaloupe smoothie bowl!

Summer is on it’s way! And smoothie bowls are the perfect way to jump into the goodness of warm weather and feeling great. I recently got to style a fun video with The Kitchn on the perfect Cantaloupe Smoothie bowl. The video and recipe are below!

RECIPE!

Makes 2 (1-cup) servings

2 1/2 cups cubed, peeled cantaloupe (from about 1/2 of a 3-pound melon)
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
toasted coconut, berries, chia seeds, kiwi

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls and top with all your goodies!
